Experience

Liz brings over eight years of experience as a therapist, specializing in Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Schema Therapy within charity, NHS, and private sectors.

She has held leadership roles as Co-Chair and Vice-Chair of the BABCP Neurodiversity Special Interest Group and has actively contributed to the field by delivering CPD to organizations such as South Staffs Talking Therapies and Bupa medical staff.

A seasoned speaker, she chaired a panel on Neurodivergence in CBT at the BABCP Conference in Cardiff and has presented as a keynote speaker at the University of Bangor's MSc Research Conference.

In addition, Liz has lectured on the Postgraduate Diploma CBT course at Staffordshire University

Liz has also written an article on 'CBT and Autism' with a former client for 'CBT Today'.
