I am Liz and I can help you if you feel misunderstood, rejected, lacking in confidence or even knowing who you are. If this has caused issues in relationships, work or even knowing how to relate to other people because of neurodivergence or other issues, then please contact me.
I am a trained Counsellor, CBT and Schema Therapist. Counselling provides a safe space in which you can talk through what is troubling you and CBT gives tools and techniques to help improve how you feel.
Schema Therapy is a longer term therapy for more complex issues such as fear of abandonment and unhelpful patterns of behaviour which cause you distress.
I am neurodiversity affirming which means I believe in embracing each person as an individual and helping you become better at understanding and managing how you feel.
